Not every coach-client relationship is perfect. If you’re seriously looking for a great coach to help you reach your goals, you should “shop around” so to speak and find the person who is going to be the best fit for you. That’s why I’m writing today about my client selection process and why I may NOT be the right coach for you.

It’s fairly simple: I place a large VALUE on the relationships I have with my clients and the time I invest into them

Before I extend an invite to a potential client to join my nutrition coaching program, I want to ensure that we are on the same page and that our objectives and goals ALIGN.

For that reason, I’m selective.

I’m NOT the coach for you if you’re:

  • Looking for a juice cleanse or detox
  • Unwilling to make YOURSELF a priority
  • Looking for a meal plan or macro counting
  • In the information seeking phase and not ready to fully commit
  • Unwilling to invest in your health and happiness
  • Looking for unrealistic, quick results

If we do align over our “get to know you call” then I’ll invite you to come on board as a coaching client.

My greatest joy is seeing my clients happy, successful, and empowered!

Eating more plants can come with its challenges. There’s a lot of nutrition noise out there, everyone has an opinion, and it can be confusing to figure out what works best for YOU. Working through these challenges and learning how to easily incorporate more plant-based foods into your diet and lifestyle can be helpful. Working with a plant-based dietitian to guide you through your unique journey and surrounding yourself with other like-minded people who are on a similar journey can be monumental. When you join my nutrition coaching program, you’ll get a highly customized, one-on-one experience to help you confidently and sustainably eat foods that taste good and make you feel good.
