Here’s what’s on the menu this week!
Breakfast: Sunshine smoothie with pineapple, mango, banana, and butternut squash
Snack: Peaches and homemade trail mix
Lunch: BBQ jackfruit bowls with coconut rice, greens, beans, and sriracha
Dinner: Loaded baked sweet potatoes with air-fried tempeh and avocado
