Here’s what’s on the menu this week!

Breakfast: Muesli with berries, nuts, and seeds

Lunch: Loaded baked potatoes (sweet or russet) with sauteed greens, black beans, and a green goddess sauce

Dinner: DIY hempe sandwich board with cheese, avocado, and tomato
